Albato picked up a handful of changes over the past weeks. Automations can now skip repeat runs on the same record, filters work inside branching, and you can leave notes right on the canvas. On top of that: Claude AI in the model list for AI agents, four new apps in the catalog, and Polish in the interface.
Automation memory: one change, one run

Until now an automation reacted to every change made to a record. If a sales rep edited the same deal three times, the task went out three times.
The incoming data filter now has an Automation memory tab. Keep the default, On every change, and the automation reacts to every edit as before. Switch to One time and the record is passed through only on its first occurrence. Fewer repeat runs, fewer transactions spent on the same data.
Automation memory is not available for every app yet. The list of supported services keeps growing, so write to support if you need it for a specific one.
Filters on every branch

A filter is no longer tied to the trigger alone. Each branch of the Branching tool can carry conditions of its own, so a single automation covers several scenarios instead of three near identical copies.
Deals above your threshold go to the revenue sheet, everything else lands in the rep's calendar, and records that match neither condition fall through to the Else path.
Small things that add up
Interface changes you notice on an ordinary working day.
Stickers on the canvas

Leave a note next to a step: what it does, why the filter looks the way it does, what to check before turning it on. Six months later a teammate opens the automation and gets it without asking you.
Two views for your automations

Switch between cards and a list. The list shows apps, type, transaction count and result in one row, with group filters and search on top. Once you pass fifty automations, that matters.
Search by field name

When an app exposes dozens of fields, type three characters and the list narrows to what you need. No more scrolling the whole mapping form to find one field.
Polish joins the interface

Alongside English, Portuguese, Spanish, Turkish, French and German, the interface now speaks Polish. Switch it in your profile settings.
Claude AI in the model list
When you set up an AI agent, the LLM field now offers Claude AI (Anthropic) next to ChatGPT (OpenAI), Albato AI, Google Gemini and DeepSeek. Pick the model per task, one for talking to customers, another for crunching data, and swap it in the same field without rebuilding the automation.
New apps
Four more services joined the catalog.
Build your own AI agent
Two scenarios from the Help Center, both walked through step by step.
- A WhatsApp agent that books events in Google Calendar: a customer writes in WhatsApp, the agent reads the date and time out of the message and creates the event itself.
- An AI agent inside Slack that works in your other apps: the team asks for things in the thread, the agent does the work in connected apps and answers right there.
