CustomerX, a fast-growing customer lifecycle management platform, has embedded Albato’s Automation Builder as part of its new integration strategy. With Albato, CustomerX’s users can now extract data from the platform and easily connect it to other tools, enhancing integration and the strategic use of information.

CustomerX evaluated several iPaaS solutions before choosing Albato as its integration partner. Here’s what tipped the scale:

  • Fully embeddable no-code builder (via iFrame) with highly customizable branding and UX.
  • Granular control over usage quotas and transaction-based billing, ensuring a scalable and cost-effective model.
  • Responsive customer support and a dedicated engineering team committed to fast implementation, continuous improvements, and long-term success.

Before embedding Albato, CustomerX users struggled to extract data from the platform and transfer it to other tools. Manual workflows caused data silos and friction between teams. With Albato’s bi-directional integrations under the hood, CustomerX now serves as a true orchestration layer for its customers.

While Albato requires no technical background from CustomerX’s users, the CustomerX team can build and launch integrations faster with webhooks, error tracking, and real-time dashboards. Ultimately, embedded workflows are aimed at boosting customer activation, engagement, and expansion.

CustomerX will initially roll out integrations with CRM, ERP, Project Management, Support, and Calendar apps. Key use cases include:

  • CRM expansion signals: When a journey milestone is reached in CustomerX, automatically create an expansion opportunity in HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive.
  • Task sync: Tasks created in CustomerX are synced with project tools such as Jira, Asana, Trello, and ClickUp.
  • Calendar integration: Tasks scheduled in CustomerX are synced with Google or Outlook Calendars.
  • Contract cancellation workflow: When a customer cancels a contract, the cancellation status is updated in CRM and ERP tools like Conta Azul, Salesforce, and Asaas.
