CustomerX is a CRM platform that helps businesses manage customers, sales processes, and custom attributes. Connect CustomerX with Albato to integrate it with 1,000+ apps, including AI tools like ChatGPT and Gemini. Follow the steps below to set it up.
- Log in to your Albato account.
- Go to the Apps section and click Add a connection.
- Search for CustomerX, select it, and click Add a connection again.
How to get API Token in CustomerX
- Log in to your CustomerX account, and open it.
- Click View profile.
- Click View Token.
- Next, copy the generated Token.
- Return to Albato. Then, paste the Token into the Access Token field.
Your connection is ready, and you can now create automations between CustomerX and Albato.
How to work with Custom Fields in CustomerX
If you need to transfer data to a custom field, you must use its ID.
- Go to the Customers section.
- Create a new client or open an existing one.
- Click Custom Attributes – To manage.
- Copy the required Field ID (for example,
democustomfield1).
- In Albato, when mapping the fields, paste the Field ID into the corresponding parameter so the field is filled with the required data during the integration.
