Sendr's team was manually building every customer workflow in Zapier. Each new integration request meant more maintenance, and the requests kept growing faster than the team could keep up.

Sendr is a B2B prospecting platform that helps sales and growth teams run personalized outreach through dynamic video landing pages, GIF and video assets, and enrichment workflows. As the customer base expanded, integrations moved from a nice-to-have to a core product requirement. Users didn't want to export data or stitch tools together. They wanted automated, set-and-forget processes connecting Sendr with the rest of their go-to-market stack.

But the Zapier-based approach had limits. Enterprise sales teams resisted running automations through tools they didn't control, it created friction during onboarding and slowed adoption. On top of that, Sendr's most valuable workflows are high-volume by nature. Per-task pricing from external platforms didn't fit their credit-based model, adding billing complexity for both Sendr and its customers.

Sendr chose Albato Embedded to move integrations inside their product. Users now build customized workflows through a flexible builder and browse a Solutions marketplace with ready-made automation templates, without leaving Sendr's interface. With access to 1,000+ app connectors, the integration catalog grows without Sendr's team maintaining each connection individually.

Here's what that looks like in practice:

Warm-lead follow-up. A lead gets marked "interested" in Instantly or Smartlead. Sendr generates a personalized landing page and GIF, sends the assets back into the outreach tool, and triggers a follow-up sequence, turning a signal into a personalized touchpoint with zero manual steps.

Social listening to LinkedIn outreach. Tools like Monial pick up a relevant keyword or mention. Sendr creates personalized assets and triggers a LinkedIn outreach connecting social signals to direct conversations automatically.

Enrichment and GTM workflows. Sendr users pull contact data through Clay, generate personalized assets, and push everything back into their workflows. What used to require manual webhook setup now runs end-to-end inside the product.

CRM sync. HubSpot, Salesforce, and other CRM integrations let Sendr move contacts, personalized assets, and engagement signals across the GTM stack, replacing CSV exports and copy-paste transfers.

The team plans to expand the embedded workflow library, adding more connectors and automation templates across prospecting, personalization, outreach, and CRM management.

Sendr's case shows what happens when a SaaS product treats integrations as a core feature, not an afterthought. If you're looking to embed native integrations into your own product, visit the Albato Embedded page or book a demo with our integration team.
