In this guide, we’ll look at an example of creating a Facebook and Gmail automation.

If you didn't receive an email, try to make its text more unique, so that the system does not send it to the spam. Albato is not responsible if an email server recognizes emails as «spam». We do not recommend using this automation to send emails to leads after filling out the lead forms, as well. Please use special delivery platforms for bulk mailings. You can also connect them to Albato and integrate them with any systems you need.

Before setting up an automation, connect the apps to Albato:

- Connecting Facebook to Albato

- Connecting Gmail to Albato

Sign in to your Albato account. Open the «Automations» tab and click the «New» button. Select Facebook as the data source app and the «Ad Lead» event to trigger the automation. Then specify your Facebook connection, as well as page and form to send the leads from.

Now select the operation mode:

Next set up the app to receive the data. In our example we have Gmail. Select «Send email» as an action and specify your Gmail account.

From — the sender’s name, you can specify here the text that the recipient of the message will see in the field from whom the message came.

To — specify the full email address where you want to send the message, you can specify the same address as in the «Email address» field. If you need to send a message to several addresses, enter them separated by commas and spaces, for example: «mail@mail.com, mail2@mail.com»

Subject — Specify the subject of the message

Copy to — Specify the addresses where you want to send the copy. The setting is similar to the «To» field

Blind copy to — Specify the addresses where you want to send the hidden copy. The setting is similar to the «To» field

In the fields, you can also set parameters from the system that sends data by selecting the desired parameter from the drop-down list on the right:
