How to Connect Viral Loops to Albato

Viral Loops is a software platform that helps businesses create referral programs and viral campaigns to generate more leads, conversions, and customer engagement. By connecting Viral Loops with Albato, you can automate lead tracking, reward distribution, and email workflows. Follow the steps below to set it up.

1. Log in to your Albato account.

2. Go to the Apps section and click Add a connection.

3. Search for ViralLoops, select it, and click the Add a connection button.

4. Enter a name for your connection.

5. To get your API Token, log in to your Viral Loops account in a new tab.

6. Go to your campaign and click the Edit campaign button.

7. Tap on the Installation button at the bottom of the page.

8. Copy your Secret API Token.

9. Paste this token into the API Token field on the Albato page and click Continue.

10. Albato will generate a Webhook URL — copy it. You’ll need it in the next step.

11. Go back to your campaign in Viral Loops, click Edit campaign.

12. Navigate to the Integrations section.

13. Select Webhook from the list.

14. Paste the copied Webhook URL into the Endpoint for participation event field.

15. Select all available event types, enable the Send Webhook option, and click Save.
