How to connect Freshworks to Albato
Before setting up integrations with Freshworks, connect the system to Albato.
To do this, go to the Apps section and click the Add a connection button.
Select the app and click the Add a connection button.
Enter a name for the connection or save the default one. Next enter your API key and Domain. We will show you below how to find them in your Freshworks account.
The domain is easy to find: it is in the address bar of your browser.
In this example the domain name is albato, in your case it will be different. Copy the domain name and paste it into the Domain field in your Albato account.
Now you need to get the API key. Go to your Freshworks account. Click on the account icon and go to the Profile settings tab.
The profile settings page will open. Click on the View API Key button.
Your API Key will be displayed here. Copy and paste it into your Albato account in the required field.
Then click the Continue button in the Albato connection page. The connection will be created.
