AidaForm is a SaaS solution allowing you to create and publish online forms, Instagram Bio links, and landing pages. Collect and analyze response data, process and share the data with other services and tools.
Before setting up integrations with AidaForms, connect the app to Albato.
To do this, go to the Apps section and click the Add a connection button.
Select the app and click the Add a connection button.
Come up with a name for your connection or save the default one.
Click the Continue button.
The connection is created.
How to set up webhook
Copy the Albato webhook URL from your AidaForm connection.
Go to your AidaForm account.
Choose the form you need to integrate.
Click on the pencil icon.
Next, click Set up -> 3d party integrations.
Choose the Webhook option.
In the Webhook URL field, paste the URL copied from the Albato connection.
Click Continue and Create.
Optional fields can be filled in according to your needs.
You are all set!
Now you can create an automation using your AidaForm connection.
How to set up automation
Go to the Automation section in your Albato account.
Click the New button.
Set up the trigger.
Click the Wait for webhook button.
Go back to your AidaForm account, fill in the fields of the selected form and publish it. It is important to catch the fields, so the values of these fields are not important for now.
Next go back to your Albato automation builder. You will see the fields of the form you have published. Click the Close button.
Now you can continue configuring an automation. Choose the app to transfer the data from the form according to your needs.

Start an automation.
Each time your form is completed in the AidaForm account, you will receive its data in the selected app.
