How to Connect Viber to Albato

Viber is a messenger application that allows you to send messages, make video and voice VoIP calls over the Internet.

Before setting up integrations with Viber, connect the app to Albato.

To do this, go to the Apps section and click the Add a connection button.

Select the app and click the Add a connection button.

Come up with a name for your connection or save the default one.

Enter your Access token.

Click the Continue button.

How to Get Access token

NOTE: To obtain a Viber access token, you need to submit an application

1. Go to the Viber for Business contact form.

2. Fill out the form with your business details and describe how you plan to use the Viber bot.

3. Submit the application and wait for approval from the Viber team.

4. Once your application is approved, Viber will provide you with an API access token.

5. Paste the token into the Albato connection field.

6. Click the Continue button.
