Step-by-step instructions
- Log in to your Albato account.
- Go to the Apps section and click Add a connection.
- Search for MiniCRM, select it, and click Add a connection again.
- To get your System ID and API key, log in to your MiniCRM account in a new tab.
- Click the gear icon in the top-right corner and go to Settings → System. Click Generate API key.
If the API key section isn’t visible, your user role may not have permission to access it. In that case, contact your account administrator or MiniCRM support.
- Go back to Albato, paste both your System ID and API key into the fields.
