Step-by-step instructions
- Log in to your Albato account.
- Go to the Apps section and click Add a connection.
- Search for RD Station CRM, select it, and click Add a connection again.
- To get your Token, log into your RD Station CRM account in a new tab, click on your username (top right corner), and then click on Settings (Ajustes).
- On the next screen, click on Preferences.
- Then, go to the API Tokens tab.
Please, note: When the token button is disabled, all API or Webhook integrations of that user are irreversibly undone. Even if the user clicks again on Generate Token, a new code will be generated, and the integrations will need to be redone. Therefore, only use this button if you really intend to undo the integrations.
- Then, go to your Profile section.
- Click on Generate Token, and copy it.
- Paste your Token into the field on the Albato connection page and click Continue.
