ConvertBox is a lead generation and conversion optimization tool that lets businesses create targeted forms, pop-ups, and banners to capture leads and interact with website visitors. It enables audience segmentation based on behavior, traffic source, and specific actions taken on the site. By connecting ConvertBox to Albato, you can automate lead and conversion workflows. Follow the steps below to set it up.

Log in to your Albato account.

Go to the Apps section and click Add a connection.

Search for ConvertBox, select it, and click Add a connection again.

Name your connection, then click Continue.

Albato will generate a Webhook URL – copy it. You’ll need it in the next step.

Next, log in to your ConvertBox account in a new tab.

Edit your ConvertBox workflow and select the form element you want to connect with a webhook.

In the left sidebar, click the Form settings button.

Go to the Integrations tab and click Add integration.

In the Use integration option, select Webhooks, then paste your Webhook URL into the field. Click the Send test button to send test data.

Your new Webhook action will now appear in the list of actions for this form. Click Save.
