How to Create Facebook and Bitrix24 Automation

This scenario sends data from Facebook Ads, creates new or updates existing leads in Bitrix24.

Set up the app to send the data

Open the Automation tab, click the New» button.

Select the app to send the data from — Facebook, the trigger — «Lead Ad»,  and the connection.

Specify the additional connection options: the page and the form.

Click «Continue» button.

Set up the service to receive the data

Now we select the app — Bitrix24 and the action to perform automatically. Click the «Continue» button.

Set up the fields

Now we fill in the fields for sending. Click the field and select the option from Facebook step. For correct data sending, fill in the fields as follows:

Select from the drop-down list the option to update existing leads in the database and the value to verify.

Click «Continue» button. The automation is created! You can start and test it.
