How to automate WhatsApp Mailing with HubSpot and OpenAI Integration using Albato
In today's fast-paced world, where communication is key to success, staying connected with your audience is crucial for any business. Before diving into the integration process, ensure you have the necessary access permissions, a Meta Business Manager with WhatsApp accounts and linked phone numbers, as well as approved templates. With these prerequisites in place, you're all set to embark on the journey of automation.
The starting point for all Albato automations is creating scenarios.
To begin, click the New button, and then set up the trigger. In this case, we'll choose HubSpot and the New contact added event. Connect your HubSpot account and proceed to add a connection.
Customize the automation by choosing between real-time or data-migration mode, and then save it. Now, let's move on to setting up the action.
Select HubSpot again, this time choosing the Get a list of contact associations by type action. Specify your connection and set up the fields you want to send to HubSpot. Once you've saved the action, click the Add an Action button.
Next, choose WhatsApp and the Send a template message action. Connect WhatsApp, and select a business manager, WhatsApp account, and message template to be sent to the user. Customize the fields for sender's number, recipient, and any variables in the template. You can even insert variables from previous steps or enter them manually. Save this action as well.
To ensure the next message isn't sent immediately, but after an hour, we'll add the Automation delay tool.
Next, choose OpenAI, and the Create chat completion action, and specify your connection. Set up the desired model, temperature, token count, and role, and then enter your request (Prompt) to OpenAI using information from the card description. Save the action.
Now, to bring the OpenAI response back to WhatsApp, choose the WhatsApp action - Send a direct message (after the template is sent). Specify your connection and configure the action fields. Select the phone number, specify the recipient's number, and in the text field, choose the response content variable from the previous OpenAI step.
Set up a filter for incoming data to receive messages, and voilà! Your integration is now set and ready to go. Start the integration and watch the magic unfold.
