Before the connection, make sure you have the necessary access permission, Meta Business Manager with WhatsApp accounts and linked phone number, and there are approved templates.
Connect Facebook account to Albato.
Please note: at the moment, ONLY text templates are supported. If the template has a header or files, the Albato automation will not support this template.

How to connect
Sign in to your Albato account.
Open the Apps section. Click the Add a connection button.
Choose the app from the drop-down list or use the search bar.
Choose a name for the connection and click the Continue button.
Then click the Grant Albato access button.
Sign in to your Facebook account and check the boxes for the WhatsApp accounts you want to integrate (or connect all of them). Click the Next button.
Check the boxes for the Business Managers you want to connect. Important: If you select a particular WhatsApp account on the previous step, make sure you check the box for its Business Manager.
Save all permissions enabled. We need them to get a list of all WhatsApp accounts, their numbers and their templates.
The connection is created!
