There's enough room for customization at every step. For example, you can add the text from a Slack message and also add your own notes.

And you're not locked with the apps; you can pass tasks to your CRM from another messenger like Telegram.

The CRM part is not locked on HubSpot also, and you can change it to Salesforce or ClickUp and take the necessary action. In case you use ClickUp, you can create a note to a task, which is also convenient in case you're adding information alongside discussing the task in your messenger.

Tracking closed project tasks in HubSpot

Another useful automation could be the traction of closed tasks in CRM. We created this one with YouTrack and HubSpot. Here's how it works: when a new task is added to YouTrack, a note is automatically created and attached to the client's card in HubSpot.
