How to connect Approveit
Step 1. Create a connection in Albato
- Log in to your account on our platform.
- Go to the Apps section and click Add a connection.
- Search for Approveit, click the app icon, and click Add a connection again.
- Name your connection. This name is internal and will help you organize your connections. Then, click Continue.
- On the next screen Albato will generate a Webhook URL–copy it. You’ll need it in the next step.
Step 2. Add the webhook to your form in Approveit
- In a new browser tab, sign in to your Approveit account.
- Go to the Workflow you want to integrate with Albato.
- Then, click the Send request data to button at the bottom of the workflow.
- Select the Approveit API option and then click Save.
- In the Endpoint field, paste the Webhook copied from Albato, then click Save.
- In the other two fields, you can choose which data from this workflow should be sent to Albato. Just click each field to see the available options, select what you need, and then click Save.
Step 3. Finalize setup in Albato
- Return to Albato and click Got it to complete the connection.
