By connecting Quickbase with Albato, you can streamline operations and automate repetitive tasks with ease. Just follow these steps to integrate Quickbase into your workflow.

Step 1. Get your Quickbase API Token

• Log in to your account.

• Click your profile picture in the top right corner and select Profile from the menu.

• In the Manage User Tokens section, click Manage my user tokens for albato realm…

• Click the New user token button to create a new token.

• Assign the token to the IT project management app.

• Save your changes.

• Your new token will appear—copy it to use it later.

Step 2. Connect PlatoForms to Albato

• Log in to your Albato account.

• Go to the Apps section and click Add a connection.

• Search for Quickbase and select it.

• Create a name for your connection and paste the API token you copied earlier into the Access Token field. Then, enter albato.quickbase.com into the Domain field. Finally, click Continue.

• Once connected, you’ll see a green checkmark confirming Connection successfully created.
