Step 1. Get your Quickbase API Token
- Log in to your account.
- Click your profile picture in the top right corner and select Profile from the menu.

- Click the New user token button to create a new token.
- Assign the token to the IT project management app.

Your new token will appear—copy it to use it later.
Step 2. Connect PlatoForms to Albato
- Log in to your Albato account.
- Go to the Apps section and click Add a connection.
- Search for Quickbase and select it.
- Create a name for your connection and paste the API token you copied earlier into the Access Token field. Then, enter albato.quickbase.com into the Domain field. Finally, click Continue.
- Once connected, you’ll see a green checkmark confirming Connection successfully created.
