ActiveCampaign gives you the email marketing, marketing automation, and CRM tools you need to create incredible customer experiences.
Integrating ActiveCampaign and other services will help you collect user data, communicate with them via email, website or mobile phone, and generate personalized offers based on their interests.
How to connect ActiveCampaign to Albato
Open the Apps tabs, click the Add a connection button and find the service in the search bar.
Next, specify the name for the connection, Access token and account name.
You can find Access token and account name in your ActiveCampaign account. To do this, open the Settings section and the Developer tab. Copy the API key and URL values.
Go back to your Albato account. Paste the values in the required fields.
Click the Continue button.
There is one point left: in order to work with triggers, you need to set up Albato webhook in your ActiveCampaign account before creating automations. To do this, copy the value from the Webhook field in the Albato connection settings.
Go to the ActiveCampaign account → Settings → Developer → Manage Webhooks.
Click the Add button.
Select the list to send data, enter a title, and paste the copied webhook into the URL field.
Select an event that will start this trigger, e.g., Contact Added.
Specify how the trigger will be started:
- By a contact - if you need to send a trigger, for example, when a user opened the email.
- By any user - if you want a trigger to run when the user creates a deal.
- By the API - if a trigger starts a third-party service. For example, Albato.
- By system processes - if a trigger runs internal auto-rules.
Click the Add button. The connectioin is ready!
Now you can create the automation scenarios with ActiveCampaign connection.
