Follow this step-by-step instruction to integrate Forms.app with Albato and start automating your workflows.
Step 1. Create a connection in Albato
- Before setting up automations with Forms.app sign in to your Albato account.
- Go to the Apps section and click Add a connection.
- Search for Forms.app, select it, and click Add a connection again.
- Next, click Continue.
- Albato will generate a Webhook URL—copy it. You’ll need it in the next step.
Step 2. Add the webhook to your form in Forms.app
- In Forms.app, go to the My Forms section, and choose the form you want to connect.
- Click the Dropdown (⋯) button on the right side of the form.
- Choose Edit to open the form editor.
- On the new page, go to the Connect tab.
- Next, find and select the Webhook option in the list.
- Click Connect.
- Then, select Add a Webhook.
- Paste the generated webhook URL you copied from Albato into the URL field.
- Save the changes.
Step 3. Finalize setup in Albato
- Return to Albato and click Got it to complete the connection.
