Date and time modification is an Albato tool that can be used in an automation scenario when you need to:
- adjust the time of the task;
- update the time zone;
- add +X or -X hours to the lead creation time and automatically set a task in a CRM system with this deadline, ect.
Let’s consider the example with Facebook and amoCRM automation (contact + deal).
After the lead form is filled out, and a contact and a deal are created in amoCRM, you need to assign a task to the manager responsible for this deal.
For this purpose we add the Date and time modification tool.
How to set up
Let’s suppose, you want to add 15 minutes to the time of Facebook lead arriving. This will allow you to create a task delayed for 15 minutes in amoCRM.
Now we use this variable in a new step. Add the New Task step in amoCRM:
In the Fields Settings section add the Modified date and time variable from Albato drop-down list.
Task type in our example is a Call.
Object type — Deal (leads).
Contact/deal ID — select from drop-down list.
Text — enter any text you need.
Responsible user — assigned manager, select from drop-down list.
Completion date and time — select modified data and time.
Click the Save button.
Our automation is ready! Don’t forget to start it.
