    How to connect Zoho Campaigns to Albato

    Zoho Campaigns is a great email marketing tool that helps businesses create, send, and track effective email campaigns. Using Zoho Campaigns with Albato can really help you work more efficiently, making it easier to automate and sync your data. When you connect these two platforms, you can manage your email lists, set up follow-ups, and get insights into how your campaigns are doing, which can help you engage with customers and get more conversions.

    Available Trigger:

    Triggers are events that trigger an automation. All triggers run in real time; that is, data is transferred the moment the event occurs.

    • New contact
    • Unsubscribe

    Available Actions

    Actions are what Albato performs when your automation is running. Actions also allow you to transfer data to other apps and systems.

    • Create/update contact
    • Unsubscribe
    • Create campaign
    • Send campaign

    To get Zoho Campaigns connected to Albato, just head to the Automations section of your Albato dashboard. This process is all about setting up a webhook to enable real-time data transfer between the two platforms.

    The first step is to set up a Zoho Campaigns trigger.

    • Choose Zoho Campaigns.
    • Choose the New contact event.
    • Specify your Zoho connection.

    Click the Continue button and move on to the next step - set up a webhook.

    Click on the Wait for webhook button.

    Copy the Albato webhook URL and go to your Zoho Campaigns account.

    Sign in to your Zoho Campaigns account and click on the Settings icon. Go to the Webhook tab.

    To connect Albato webhook, click the Create button.

    Come up with a name for your webhook.

    Paste the Albato webhook URL into the Webhook URL field.

    Add the contact parameters you want to receive in the trigger. You can give it any name you want.

    Click the Save button.

    Next, click on the Contacts section and go to the Manage Lists tab.

    Select the list you want to receive new contacts subscribed to.

    Click on the Action menu and choose the Webhook option.

    Select the webhook you created and check the boxes.

    Click the Save button.

    Now we need to add a test user so we can capture the fields.

    To do this click on the + icon and choose the Contacts option.

    Click the Add new button and choose the Contact option.

    Enter the test email in the Contact Email field. Check the "This contact has given consent to receive emails relevant to my product" box. Click the Add button.

    Next, click the Search button.

    Click on the test contact and choose the Copy to Lists option.

    Select the Mailing list and click the Save button.

    Once you've got the Zoho Campaigns webhook set up, Albato will get all the available fields.

    The last step is to choose the Mailing list from the drop-down list and click the Save button.

    The connection is ready!

    You can now set up the action however you need it to be and get your automation up and running.
