Welcome to Albato! From now on we will introduce you to our platform! Let’s get started!
What is Albato?
Albato is a single platform for all your automations. You can connect any app to automate repetitive and routine tasks without needing to write code or have programming skills.
You need to choose:
What can I automate with Albato?
Check out three possibilities!
Daily tasks
Example: sending a weekly report on advertising expenses; downloading leads from Ads Manager every few hours.
Data synchronization
Example: updating marketplace stock balance; adding tasks from a projec. management app into a to-do list app.
Routine tasks
Example: adding the emails of event attendees to a spreadsheet.
How does Albato work?
Albato automation scenario is built from simple and clear blocks.
Each automation has a trigger (event) and at least one action.
Specify the following steps:
- What data do you want to get from one app?
- When do you want to get it?
- What action do you want to perform in another app?
Trigger
Trigger is an event that starts the automation. Triggers can be linked to a specific event that proceeds in real time in the selected app.
Example: form submission, deal status updating, invoice payment.
Triggers also can be scheduled to start automations at a certain frequency.
Example: downloading expenses from Ad account once a week or receiving stock balances every 5 minutes.
Action
Action is what Albato performs when your trigger occurs. Each completed action is considered as one Albato operation.
Therefore
User submits a form – trigger.
Data from the form is transferred to Google Sheets – action.
Google sheets creates new row – operation.
