Before setting up automations with Patreon, connect the app to Albato.
To do this, go to the Apps section and click the Add a connection button.
Select the app and click the Add a connection button.
Come up with a name for your connection.
Paste your Client ID and Client Secret. Click the Continue button.
How to get Client ID and Client Secret
To connect Patreon to Albato, you will need to create your own application and copy the necessary data.
Sign in to your Patreon account and click the Create client button.
Come up with a name for your application.
Specify any description.
Paste https://r.albato.com/oauth/back/state into the Redirect URIs field.
Click Create Client.
Open the drop-down list of your app and copy your Client ID and Client Secret.
Paste the values into the Albato connection field. Click the Continue button.
The next step is to set up a webhook. Click Grant Albato access.

On the next screen click the Allow button.
Copy the Albato webhook URL.
Open you Patreon account and go to the My webhooks tab.
Enter your Albato Webhook URL. Click on the + button and disable the sending of webhooks with status - Deprecated.
The connection is ready!
