Infobip is a communication platform that helps businesses connect with customers across SMS, email, voice, WhatsApp, and other messaging channels. By linking Infobip with Albato, you can automate message sending, customer engagement workflows, and real-time notifications across your preferred channels. Follow the steps below to set it up.
- Log in to your account on our platform.
- Go to the Apps section and click Add a connection.
- Search for Infobip, click the app icon, and click Add a connection again.
- Name your connection, then paste your Base URL and API Key.
- To do this, log in to your Infobip account in a new tab.
- Copy your Base URL from your browser’s address bar and paste it into the Base URL field on the Albato page.
- Go to the API keys section in your Infobip account and copy your API key.
- Paste your API key into the API Key field on the Albato page and click Continue.
- Finally, you’ll see a green checkmark confirming Connection successfully created.
