Available Triggers:
Triggers are events that trigger an automation. All triggers run in real time; that is, data is transferred the moment the event occurs.

Available Actions:
Actions are what Albato performs when your automation is running. Actions also allow you to transfer data to other apps and systems.
- Create candidate

Before setting up integrations with Greenhouse connect the app to Albato.
To do this, go to the Apps section and click the Add a connection button.
Select the app and click the Add a connection button.
Come up with a name for your connection.
Enter your Harvest API key and click the Continue button.
How to get API key
Sign in to your Greenhouse account → click on the Settings icon → go to the Dev Center tab.
Open the API credentials tab and click the Create new API key button.
- In the API type field, choose Harvest.
- In the Partner field, choose Unlisted Vendor.
- In the Description field, specify the app to connect.
Click the Manage permissions button.
Just a heads-up: the info in the box is worth a look.
Save and copy your API key.
Click the I have stored the API key button.
Check the following options:
- Users
- Scorecards
- Scheduled Interviews
- Job Stages
- Jobs
- Custom Fields
- Custom Field Options
- Candidates
Click the Save button.
Paste the API key into the Albato connection field.
Click the Continue button.
How to set up webhook
Copy the Albato webhook URL.
Go back to your Greenhouse account → click on the Settings icon → go to the Dev Center tab → Web Hooks.
Click on the Web Hooks button.
- Come up with a name for your webhook.
- Choose a trigger - Candidate has submitted application.
- Paste the Albato webhook URL into the Endpoint URL.
- Come up with a password in the Secret key.
Click the Create Web hook button.
The connection is ready!
