    How to connect Fluent Forms to Albato

    Fluent Forms is a contact form builder for WordPress. It has an easy-to-use interface with lots of features. It's a great no-code solution for all users.

    Available Triggers:

    Triggers are events that trigger an automation. All triggers run in real time; that is, data is transferred the moment the event occurs.

    • Form submitted

    Before setting up integrations with Fluent Forms connect the app to Albato.

    To do this, go to the Apps section and click the Add a connection button.

    Select the app and click the Add a connection button.

    Come up with a name for your connection and click the Continue button.

    Just a heads-up: the info in the box is worth a look.

    Click the Got it button.

    How to set up webhook

    Open the Automation section in a new tab and click the Create new automation button.

    The first step is to set up a trigger.

    • Choose Fluent Forms.
    • Choose the Form submitted event.
    • Specify your Fluent Forms connection.

    Read the info and click the Wait for webhook button.

    Please note that you should already have the Fluent Forms Pro plugin installed and activated.

    Enable the Webhooks module and go to the Forms tab.

    In our example, we'll show you how to set up a webhook for one form. You can choose any form you want to receive data from, or you can choose all of them. The settings for sending webhooks will be the same for all forms.

    Go to the Settings section.

    Click Webhook.

    Click the Add New button.

    Come up with a name for your Webhook.

    Paste the Albato webhook URL into the Request URL field.

    Choose POST in the Request method field.

    Choose JSON in the Request format field.

    Click the Save Feed button.

    Go to your WordPress account and open the Integrations tab. Next, go to the Editor tab and click Preview&Design.

    You can now send empty form fields to Albato. No need to fill them in with values. Just click on Submit Form.

    Go back to the Albato Automation builder and you will get all form fields from Fluent Forms.

    Keep building out the automation to suit your business or personal needs. Once you've set up the automation, run it by clicking the Start button.

    When users fill out the form on your website, the data will be transferred to the destination app.

    To view the data, go to the Automation Log tab.

    The test form shows that the data has been received. Fields will have values if the user specifies them. If the user ignores a field, it will return empty.

    The connection is ready!
