How to Connect Creatio to Albato
IN THIS ARTICLE
Creatio is a no-code platform for CRM, workflow automation, and business process management. It helps teams manage customer data, sales, marketing, and service processes in one workspace.
Connect Creatio with Albato to integrate it with 1,000+ apps, including AI tools like ChatGPT or Grok, and automate workflows. Follow the steps below to complete the setup via OAuth.
Step-by-step instructions
Start in Albato
-
Log in to your Albato account.
-
Go to the Apps section and click Add a connection.

- Type Creatio in the search field. Then, click Add a connection.

- Albato will ask you to enter the data required to create the connection.

- In the Domain field, enter the first part of your Creatio CRM domain.

Create OAuth credentials in Creatio
-
Then open your Creatio account and go to Settings to create OAuth credentials for the Albato connection.
-
In Settings, open OAuth 2.0 integrated applications. This section stores the apps that can access your Creatio data through OAuth.

- Next, click New to create a separate OAuth application for Albato.

- Then select Server-to-server (client credentials). This grant type allows Albato to connect to Creatio without asking a user to log in each time.

- Enter a clear application name, for example Albato, so you can easily identify this integration later.

-
Click Save to create the OAuth application.
-
After the app is created, copy the Client ID. You will need it in Albato to identify the OAuth application.

- Return to Albato and paste the Client ID into the connection field.

-
Then go back to Creatio and copy the Client Secret. Keep this value private, because it works like a password for the integration.
-
Return to Albato and paste the Client Secret into the connection field.
-
After that, close the Client Secret window in Creatio.
Finish the setup
- Open the created Albato application in the Server-to-server (client credentials) list to finish configuring permissions.

- In the System user field, select a user with full administrator rights. Creatio will use this user to define which data Albato can access.

-
Click Save to apply the system user settings.
-
Finally, return to Albato and click Continue to test and save the connection.

- The Creatio connection is created successfully.

Now you can use Creatio in your Albato automations. If you have any questions, reach out to the support team via the chat.
