Zulip is an open-source team collaboration tool with unique topic-based threading that combines the best of email and chat to make remote work productive and delightful.
Connecting the service, please note that Zulip doesn’t have a single URL for requests. Therefore, if you are a workspace organizer, use your workspace URL for registration. If you are an invited user, then you will receive an email with your URL. Copy and paste the URL into the Your URL field in the Albato settings.
Next, you need your username and password (API key) to connect the service. The login is your email used in Zulip to sign up. To obtain a password (API key), open your Zulip account, click the settings icon on the right corner of the screen, and select the Personal settings section.
In the Personal Settings, select the Account and Privacy section. This section displays your data. Click the Show/Change API Key button to get your API.
A pop-up window will open. In order to get the API key, enter the password you used to register in Zulip.
After entering the password, your API key will be displayed. Copy and paste it in the Albato settings (described below).

How to set Albato webhook URL in Zulip
First, we need to copy the Albato webhook URL. To do this, open the Connections tab, find your Zulip connection and copy the URL. If you haven’t created a Zulip connection yet, follow the steps described above.
Now we need to create a Zulip bot. Open your Zulip account, follow the steps: Settings icon -> Personal Settings -> Bots. In the Bots section open the Add a new Bot tab. Select a Bot type - outgoing webhook, enter the name in the Full name field. Specify the Bot’s email and paste the Albato webhook URL in the Endpoint URL field. Then click the Create bot button.
Ultimately, the created bot will be displayed in the Active bots tab. Zulip will send data to Albato if you mention your bot as one of the private recipients or by @-mentioning it along with other recipients in public threads.
