How to connect ServiceNow to Albato

ServiceNow is a cloud service company for businesses. The company automates and standardizes business processes and integrates them across the enterprise.

Available Trigger:

Triggers are events that trigger an automation. All triggers run in real time; that is, data is transferred the moment the event occurs.

Actions are what Albato performs when your automation is running. Actions also allow you to transfer data to other apps and systems.

Before setting up automations with ServiceNow, connect the app to Albato.

  1. Access your Albato account

Log in to your Albato account. If you don't have an account, sign up here.

  1. Add a new connection

To do this, go to the Apps section and click the Add a connection button.

  1. Search for ServiceNow

In the search bar, type ServiceNow and select it from the menu.

Click Add a connection to start the setup process.

  1. Enter your ServiceNow credentials

Come up with a name for your connection and enter your ServiceNow credentials.

Sign in to your ServiceNow Developer account.

Click on your account icon and go to the Manage instance password tab.

Copy your URL, Username and Password. Paste this data into the Albato connection fields.

  1. Complete the connection

After entering the required information into the Albato connection fields, click Continue to establish the connection.

Once the connection is established, you’ll see a success message. The connection is ready and automations waiting for you!
