Before setting up automations with Ploomes CRM, connect the app to Albato
- Access your Albato account
Log in to your Albato account. If you don't have an account, sign up here.
- Add a new connection
To do this, go to the Apps section and click the Add a connection button.
- Search for Ploomes CRM
In the search bar, type Ploomes CRM and select it from the menu.
Click Add a connection to start the setup process.
- Enter your Ploomes CRM credentials
You'll need to create a name for your connection and provide your API key.
Sign in to your Ploomes CRM account. Go to the Administração section and choose the Usuários de integração option.
Click on the Novo usuário button.
Fill in the fields and click Criar usuário button.
Click the Confirmar button.
Open the entry that you have just created.
Copy your API Key.
- Complete the setup
After entering the required information, click Continue to establish the connection.
Once the connection is established, you’ll see a success message, and your Ploomes CRM account will be connected to Albato.
The connection is ready!
