How to connect NinjaOne to Albato

Available Triggers:

Triggers are events that trigger an automation. All triggers run in real time; that is, data is transferred the moment the event occurs.

  • New device

Before setting up integrations with NinjaOne connect the app to Albato.

To do this, go to the Apps section and click the Add a connection button.

Select the app and click the Add a connection button.

Come up with a name for your connection.

Choose the Domain from the drop-down list.

Enter your Client ID and Client Secret.

Click the Continue button.

How to get Client Secret

Sign into your NinjaOne account. Go to the Administration section → Apps tab → API.

Click the Add button.

Find the Web (PHP, Java, .Net Core, etc.) option in the Search field.

Come up with a name for your app.

Select all of the check boxes for Scopes.

Uncheck the Authorization Code box, check the Client Credential and Refresh Token boxes.

Click the Save button.

Verify the changes with the SMS code if necessary.

Copy your Client Secret. Make sure you save it. It will only be displayed once.

Paste the Client Secret into the Albato connection field.

How to get Client ID

Go back to the Administration section of your NinjaOne account→ Apps tab → APIClient App IDs. Copy your Client ID.

Paste the Client ID into the Albato connection field.

Click the Continue button.

Now you're all set! The connection is ready.
