Goals and challenges
Before implementing Albato, Climbo's analysis of 2,346 chat conversations with prospects and customers revealed that approximately 24% (567 conversations) involved requests for automation and direct integrations with apps such as payment gateways or CRMs.
Aiming to simplify the process of requesting reviews for local businesses and agencies, Climbo has implemented seamless integrations directly into its platform. The goal is to offer a native experience, without requiring agencies to create a separate Albato account or rely on third-party services like Zapier.

Solution
Climbo selected and deployed Albato’s iFrame within their platform, ensuring a fully white-labeled and seamless user experience. Albato quickly implemented complex integrations with platforms such as Stripe, PayPal, Google Forms, Razorpay, Google Sheets, Recurly, and Shopify to meet the needs of both agencies and local businesses.
The following use cases were implemented:
How it works
Climbo added an “Automate” section on their platform where all Albato-powered integrations are accessible. This section has four tabs: “Solutions,” “Automations,” “Apps,” and “History.”
In the “Solutions” tab, Climbo’s customers can choose from pre-defined integration templates. All integration scenarios and field mappings are prebuilt for them, so even non-technical customers can hit the ground running and completely avoid the hassle of setting up workflows from scratch.
In the “Automations” tab, more tech-savvy customers can knock out automations from scratch with just a few clicks (and 100% no-code). Here, they can integrate Climbo with dozens of other tools and create a multi-step workflow with advanced automation logic.
The “Apps” tab contains user connections for Stripe, Shopify, Google Sheets, and other third-party apps. Whenever a customer authenticates their account on a third-party app, a new connection is added to the list.
In the “History” tab, customers can view detailed history logs for all their integrations.
