How to connect Birdview to Albato

Birdview is a management platform for growing teams. It gives you the tools you need now and scales with you as your business grows.

Available triggers

Triggers are the events that trigger the automation, All triggers run in real time, i,e, data is transferred in the moment the event occurs

Actions are what Albato performs when your automation is running, Actions also allow you to transfer data to other apps and systems

  • Create vacation

Before setting up integrations with Birdview connect the app to Albato.

To do this, go to the Apps section and click the Add a connection button.

Select the app and click the Add a connection button.

Come up with a name for your connection.

Enter your Your domain, Client ID, Client Secret and User ID.

Click the Continue button.

How to get Client ID and Client Secret

Sign in to your Birdview account. Click on your account icon and open the Company Settings tab.

Go to the Integrations tab -> OAuth 2.0 Clients -> click the Add OAuth clients.

Enable Automatic Consent Grant and Allow client credentials grant authorization.

Copy your Client ID and paste it into the Albato connection field.

Copy your Client Secret and paste it into the Albato connection field.

How to get User ID

Go to the Birdview account and open the Users tab.

Click on the user and copy the User ID from the address bar - the number after the /user/ in URL ( e.g. https://albato.go.easyprojects.net/users/regular/user/ 1)

Go to the Albato connection page and paste the ID into the User ID field.

Click the Continue button.
