Albato has a new feature called Number Sequence Generator. It generates a series of increasing numbers that start from a specified number. Every subsequent number is one higher than the previous one. It's useful for generating account numbers in an electronic accounting system or in other automations requiring consistent numbering.
Before setting up integrations with Sequence Generator, connect the tool to Albato.
To do this, go to the Apps section and click the Add a connection button.
Select the app and click the Add a connection button.
Come up with a name for your connection.
Enter starting number.
Click the Continue button.
For example, this generator will send the account number value starting with 32.
Done! This Generator can be added as an extra step to the automation to generate a number every time it runs, increasing by one with each start. For instance, it will start at 32 and go up to 33, 34, etc.
The sequence generator is useful for recording the total number of visitors' chat requests in Google Sheets, checking for duplicate ones by phone number or email.
