    How to connect your BotHelp to Albato

    Enhance your customer engagement with BotHelp integration on Albato. Automate and streamline your social media traffic conversion process by connecting BotHelp with your favorite apps. Enhance your business's efficiency and productivity by integrating BotHelp with Albato, unlocking powerful automation and connection capabilities.

    Before setting up integrations with BotHelp, connect the app to Albato.

    To do this, go to the Apps section and click the Add a connection button.

    Select the app (BotHelp new) and click the Add a connection button.

    Come up with a name for your connection or save the default one.

    Enter your Client ID and Client Secret.

    Click the Continue button.

    How to get Client ID and Client Secret

    Sign in to your BotHelp account.

    Go to the Settings section -> Integrations -> click the Generate API keys button.

    Copy the ID and the Secret values.

    How to setup Bot webhook

    Copy the Albato webhook URL from your BotHelp connection.

    Go to the BotHelp.io

    Open the Bot tab and choose the Bot you need.

    Click on the Bot -> click on the + icon -> click on the Action icon.

    Click on the + ADD ACTION button.

    Choose the event according to your needs. Enter the Albato webhook URL. Click the SAVE AND CLOSE button.

    How to set up webhook

    Go to the Settings section -> Integrations tab -> Webhooks.

    Click on the ADD INTEGRATION button.

    Paste the webhook URL and click the Save button.
