# How to connect Simla to Albato

IN THIS ARTICLE

[Simla is a multi-agent solution for businesses](https://albato.com/apps/simla) that sell products and services on various platforms and websites, including WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, Shopify or WooCommerce.

**Available Triggers:**

> Triggers are events that trigger an automation. All triggers run in real time; that is, data is transferred the moment the event occurs.

-   Changing the order status
-   The client has been changed

**Available Actions:**

> Actions are what Albato performs when your automation is running. Actions also allow you to transfer data to other apps and systems.

-   Create Customer
-   Customer Search
-   Add a Note to the Customer
-   Search User by Email
-   Create Order
-   Update Order
-   Update Prices (Beta)
-   Update the Stocks (Beta)
-   Get an Assortment
-   Pop-up call notification

Before setting up integrations with **Simla** connect the app to Albato.

To do this, go to the **Apps** section and click the **Add a connection** button.

Select the app and click the **Add a connection** button.

Come up with a **name** for your connection.

Enter your **API Key** and **Domain**.

Click the **Continue** button.

### How to get API Key

Sign in to your Simla account.

Click on the **Settings** icon → **Integration** tab → **API access keys** section → copy the key.

Paste the key into the Albato connection field.

Copy the domain of your Simla from the address bar and paste it into the Albato connection field.

Click the **Continue** button.

The connection is ready!
