# How to connect Ploomes CRM to Albato for streamlined sales management

IN THIS ARTICLE

[Ploomes](https://albato.com/apps/ploomescrm) is the first platform to bring together CRM, process automation, and proposal generation in one place. It gives you control over the whole sales process, from generating leads to converting them and keeping customers happy. It unifies the salesperson's work environment and gives you a 360-degree view of clients.

**Available Triggers:**

> Triggers are events that trigger an automation. All triggers run in real time; that is, data is transferred the moment the event occurs.

-   Contact created
-   Card created
-   Card lost
-   Card won

**Available Actions:**

> Actions are what Albato performs when your automation is running. Actions also allow you to transfer data to other apps and systems.

-   Add contact
-   Update contact
-   Find contact
-   Add contact activity
-   Create card
-   Update card

### Before setting up automations with Ploomes CRM, connect the app to Albato

1.  **Access your Albato account**

Log in to your Albato account. If you don't have an account, sign up [here](https://albato.com/).

2.  **Add a new connection**

To do this, go to the **Apps** section and click the **Add a connection** button.

3.  **Search for Ploomes CRM**

In the search bar, type **Ploomes CRM** and select it from the menu.

Click **Add a connection** to start the setup process.

4.  **Enter your Ploomes CRM credentials**

You'll need to create a name for your connection and provide your API key.

Sign in to your Ploomes CRM account. Go to the **Administração** section and choose the **Usuários de integração** option.

Click on the **Novo usuário** button.

Fill in the fields and click **Criar usuário** button.

Click the **Confirmar** button.

Open the entry that you have just created.

Copy your API Key.

5.  **Complete the setup**

After entering the required information, click **Continue** to establish the connection.

Once the connection is established, you’ll see a success message, and your Ploomes CRM account will be connected to Albato.

The connection is ready!
