Your guide to connecting Omie CRM to Albato

Omie is simple to set up and easy to use. You can manage everything in one place with Omie's new CRM.
Available Trigger:
Triggers are events that trigger an automation. All triggers run in real time; that is, data is transferred the moment the event occurs.
- Opportunity created
- Opportunity won
- Opportunity canceled
- Opportunity lost
- Opportunity suspended
Available Actions
Actions are what Albato performs when your automation is running. Actions also allow you to transfer data to other apps and systems.
- Create contact
- Update contact
- Get contact by ID
- Create opportunity

- Get account by ID

Before setting up automations with Omie CRM, connect the app to Albato.
- Access your Albato account
Log in to your Albato account. If you don't have an account, sign up here.
- Add a new connection
To do this, go to the Apps section and click the Add a connection button.
- Search for Omie CRM
In the search bar, type Omie CRM and select it from the menu.
Click Add a connection to start the setup process.
- Enter your Omie CRM credentials
You'll need to provide your Omie CRM App Key and App Secret.
Sign in to your Omie CRM Portal do Desenvolvedor account.
Go to the Aplicativos section.
Click on you app and copy your App Key and App Secret.
- Complete the connection
After entering the required information into the Albato connection fields, click Continue to establish the connection.
Once the connection is established, you’ll see a success message, and your Omie CRM account will be connected to Albato.
- How to set up webhook
The connection is good to go, but we also need to set up the Albato webhook for Omie CRM.
Copy the Albato webhook URL.
Go back to your Omie CRM account and follow this link notificações do webhook.
Open your app and click the Adicionar novo webhook button.
Paste your Albato webhook URL into the Endpoint field.
Choose the following values:
- CRM.Oportunidade.Incluido
- CRM.Oportunidade.StatusAlterado
- CRM.Oportunidade.Alterado
- CRM.Oportunidade.Excluido
- CRM.Oportunidade.Faturado
Now, save those settings. The connection is ready and automations waiting for you!
