    How to connect Neaktor to Albato

    Neaktor — business process management software for companies of all sizes.

    Available triggers

    Triggers are the events that trigger the automation, All triggers run in real time, i,e, data is transferred in the moment the event occurs

    • New task
    • Task status changed
    • Task comment created
    • Task completed
    • Task has been deleted
    • New event
    • Event has been changed
    • Task assignee has been changed

    Available actions

    Actions are what Albato performs when your automation is running, Actions also allow you to transfer data to other apps and systems

    • New task
    • Edit task
    • Add a comment
    • Add a calendar event
    • Edit calendar event
    • Delete calendar event

    Before setting up integrations with Neaktor connect the app to Albato.

    To do this, go to the Apps section and click the Add a connection button.

    Select the app and click the Add a connection button.

    Come up with a name for your connection.

    Enter your API Key and Domain.

    Click the Continue button.

    How to get API key

    Sign in to your Neaktor account. Click on the + icon and go to the Integrations tab -> API keys section.

    Click the Generate new key button.

    Choose the Public key option and click the Create API key button.

    Change the key status to Read and Write.

    Paste the key into the Albato connection field and click the Continue button.

    How to set up webhook

    Read the information box and click the Got it button.

    Copy the Albato webhook URL.

    Go back to your Neaktor account. Click on the + icon and go to the Integrations tab -> Webhooks.

    Click the Add webhook button.

    Come up with a name for your webhook and paste the Albato webhook URL into the Callback URL field.

    In the Workspace field, select workspace for receiving/sending data and set the triggers you want to track.

    Click the Save button.

    The connection is ready!
