# How to connect LINE to Albato

IN THIS ARTICLE

[LINE is a communication app](https://albato.com/apps/line) which allows you to make FREE voice calls and send FREE messages whenever and wherever you are, 24 hours a day!

**Available triggers**

> Triggers are the events that trigger the automation, All triggers run in real time, i,e, data is transferred in the moment the event occurs

-   Incoming message

**Available actions**

> Actions are what Albato performs when your automation is running, Actions also allow you to transfer data to other apps and systems

-   Send message to all friends
-   Send message to a user

Before setting up integrations with **LINE** connect the app to Albato.

To do this, go to the **Apps** section and click the **Add a connection** button.

Select the app and click the **Add a connection** button.

Come up with a name for your connection.

Enter your **Channel ID** and **Channel secret**.

Click the **Continue** button.

### How to get Channel ID

Sign in to the [LINE Developer](https://developers.line.biz/en/) account and click the Console button.

Open the **Admin** tab.

Copy your **Channel ID**.

Paste the value into the Albato connection field.

### How to get Channel secret

Go back to the [Line Developers](https://developers.line.biz/console/channel/2001582435) page. Copy your **Channel secret**.

Paste the value into the Albato connection field.

Click the **Continue** button.

### How to set up webhook

Copy the Albato webhook URL from the LINE connection page.

Go to your [Line Developers](https://developers.line.biz/console/channel) account. Open the **Messaging API** tab.

Click on the **Edit** button.

Paste the Albato webhook URL into the **Webhook URL** field.

Click the **Update** button.

The connection is ready!
