# How to connect JivoChat to Albato

IN THIS ARTICLE

[With the help of JivoChat you can set up integration with almost any CRM system](https://albato.com/apps/jivosite), as well as use events from the system to notify about a new order by email, SMS or Telegram, as well as start an auto-call.

**Please note!** You should pay for a service package in JivoChat, a free plan does not allow you to use webhooks.

### How to connect JivoChat to Albato

**Available triggers**

> Triggers are the events that trigger the automation, All triggers run in real time, i,e, data is transferred in the moment the event occurs

-   Chat started
-   Chat updated
-   Chat finished
-   Offline message
-   Call event

**Available actions**

> Actions are what Albato performs when your automation is running, Actions also allow you to transfer data to other apps and systems

-   Send chat message

Before setting up integrations with **JivoChat** connect the app to Albato.

To do this, go to the **Apps** section and click the **Add a connection** button.

Select the app and click the **Add a connection** button.

Come up with a name for your connection and click the **Continue** button.

After reviewing the information, click the **Got it** button.

Copy the Albato webhook URL.

### How to set up webhooks

Sign in to your JivoChat account.

**Please note!** You should pay for a service package in JivoChat, a free plan does not allow you to use webhooks.

Go to **the Manage tab -> Choose the Channel -> Click on the Settings button**

Go to the **Integration Settings for Developers tab** and paste the Albato webhook URL into the Webhooks Endpoint URL field.
