# Streamline Your Translations: How to Connect Intento to Albato

## App connection

Before setting up automations with Intento, connect the app to Albato.

1.  Log in to your Albato account. If you don't have an account, sign up [here](https://albato.com/).
    
2.  Go to the **Apps** section and click the **Add a connection** button.

3.  In the search bar, type **Intento** and select it from the menu. Then, click **Add a connection** to start the setup process.

4.  Choose a Name for your connection

5.  To obtain your Access Token, sign in to your Intento account and, in the side menu, click on **API keys**.

6.  Copy your API key.

7.  Paste it in the Albato Access Token field and click on **Continue** button.

Once this process is done, you’ll see a success message and your Intento account will be connected to Albato.
