# How to connect Huntflow to Albato

IN THIS ARTICLE

[Huntflow is a recruitment automation service](https://albato.com/apps/huntflow). It allows you to maintain a resume database in a single window, schedule interviews, send letters to customers and candidates, and generate job reports.

**Available Triggers:**

> Triggers are events that trigger an automation. All triggers run in real time; that is, data is transferred the moment the event occurs.

-   Updating the applicant
-   New action with the applicant
-   New Vacation
-   Vacation update
-   New Offer

**Available Actions:**

> Actions are what Albato performs when your automation is running. Actions also allow you to transfer data to other apps and systems.

-   Search applicants
-   Update an applicant
-   Get vacancies by status
-   Update a vacancy
-   Add an applicant or applicant's response to the vacancy
-   Change a recruitment status for an applicant

Before setting up integrations with **Huntflow** connect the app to Albato.

To do this, go to the **Apps** section and click the **Add a connection** button.

Select the app and click the **Add a connection** button.

Come up with a **name** for your connection.

Enter your **Access Token** and **Refresh token**.

Select the **Domain** from the drop-down list.

Click the **Continue** button.

### How to get tokens

Sign in to your Huntflow account. Click on the account icon and go the **Settings** section.

Go to the API tab.

Click the **Add token** button.

Come up with a name for your token and click the **Generate** button.

Copy the link from the field.

Open a new tab and paste the link into the address bar. The system will prompt you to receive tokens. Click the **Receive** button.

Copy the tokens and paste them into the Albato connection fields.

Click the **Continue** button.

The connection is ready!
