Follow the steps below to set it up.

### Step-by-step instructions

1.  [Log in](https://albato.com/app/user/auth/login?lang=en) to your Albato account.

2.  Go to the **Apps** section and click **Add a connection**.

3.  Search for **YouTube Lead Form**, select it, and click **Add a connection** again.

4.  **Name** your connection.
    
5.  Copy the generated **Webhook URL**.

7.  In the **Lead Form Extension** settings, select **Webhook integration**.
