# How to Connect to OpenPhone to Albato

IN THIS ARTICLE

[OpenPhone](https://www.openphone.com/) is a cloud-based phone app for businesses. It allows calling, messaging, and team collaboration with shared numbers and AI-assisted features. [Connect](https://albato.com/apps/openphone) OpenPhone with Albato to integrate it with over 800+ apps, including AI tools like [Claude](https://albato.com/apps/claude_ai_anthropic) and [Grok](https://albato.com/apps/grok). Follow the steps below to set it up.

1.  [Log in](https://albato.com/app/user/auth/login?lang=en) to your Albato account.

2.  Go to the **Apps section** and click **Add a connection**.

3.  Search for **OpenPhone**, select it, and click **Add a connection** again.

4.  Name your connection.

5.  To generate your API key, log in to your [OpenPhone account](https://app.openphone.co/) in a new tab. Go to your **Workspace Settings**. In the **API** section, generate your API key. Then, copy it.

6.  Return to Albato and paste your API key into the field. Click **Continue**.
