How to Connect Teachable to Albato

Teachable is an online course platform that lets your team create, sell, and manage educational content. By connecting Teachable with Albato, you can automate data syncing across 800+ apps, including AI tools like Gemini and Claude. Follow the steps below to set it up.
- Log in to your Albato account.
- Go to the Apps section and click Add a connection.
- Search for Teachable, select it, and click Add a connection again.
- Name your connection.
- To get your API key, log in to your Teachable School Admin dashboard as the school owner.
- Navigate to Settings in the sidebar, then click the API tab.
Click the Create API Key button. In the pop-up window, enter a name for your new key. Click Create to generate the key, and copy it.
- Paste your API Key into the field on the Albato page and click Continue.
- Albato will generate a Webhook URL – copy it. You’ll need it in the next step.
- In your School Admin sidebar, select Settings, then click Webhooks.
Next, tap the Add Webhook button.
- In the webhook setup form, enter the following details:
- Webhook URL: Paste the Webhook URL you copied from Albato.
- Webhook payload setting (optional): Toggle on if your third-party app requires a JSON array.
- Select webhook events: Choose All events.
Finally, click Save.
