# How to Connect Olark to Albato

[Olark](https://albato.com/apps/olark) is a live chat platform that helps businesses connect with website visitors in real time. Connect Olark with Albato to integrate it with over 1000+ apps, including AI tools like [Grok](https://albato.com/apps/grok) and [Claude](https://albato.com/apps/claude_ai_anthropic). Follow the steps below to set it up.

### Step-by-step instructions

1.  [Log in](https://albato.com/app/user/auth/login?lang=en) to your Albato account.

2.  Go to the **Apps** section and click **Add a connection**.

3.  Search for **Olark**, select it, and click Add a connection again.

4.  Name your connection.

5.  Copy the generated **Webhook URL** from Albato.

6.  In a new tab, go to [Olark](https://www.olark.com/settings/integrations/webhooks) and log in to your account.

7.  Set the following options:
    
    -   Send all transcripts automatically.
    -   Send offline messages.
    -   Send all events.
