# How to Connect MiniCRM to Albato

[MiniCRM](https://albato.com/apps/minicrm) is a customer relationship management platform that helps businesses run marketing campaigns, segment leads, and streamline communications via email, SMS, and push notifications. ### Step-by-step instructions

1.  [Log in](https://albato.com/app/user/auth/login?lang=en) to your Albato account.

2.  Go to the **Apps** section and click **Add a connection**.

3.  Search for **MiniCRM**, select it, and click **Add a connection** again.

4.  To get your **System ID** and **API key**, log in to your MiniCRM account in a new tab.

5.  Click the **gear icon** in the top-right corner and go to **Settings → System**. Click **Generate API key**.

> If the API key section isn’t visible, your user role may not have permission to access it. In that case, contact your account administrator or MiniCRM support.

6.  Go back to Albato, paste both your **System ID** and **API key** into the fields.
