    How to Connect Mercado Libre to Albato

    Mercado Libre is an e-commerce platform and an integrated ecosystem for online commerce and financial services in Latin AmericaConnect Mercado Libre with Albato to integrate it with over 1,000+ apps, including AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude. Follow the steps below to set it up.

    Available triggers

    Triggers are events that start an automation. All triggers via webhook run in real time, which means data is transferred as soon as the event occurs.

    Triggers via API, on the other hand, are checked by Albato at time intervals, according to the type of plan contracted.

    • Claim opened

    Available actions

    Actions are the steps of your automation after the trigger. They allow you to send and receive data between Mercado Libre and other applications or systems.

    • Publish an item
    • Get a category by ID

    • Get all questions received by user

    Step-by-step instructions

    1. Log in to your Albato account.

    1. Go to the Apps section and click Add a connection.

    1. Search for Mercado Libre, select it, and click Add a connection again.

    1. Name your connection.

    1. Then, tap the Grant the access button to give Albato permission.

    1. Then, select the country of origin of your account and click Confirm (confirmar).

    It is possible that the following credential screens may appear in Portuguese or Spanish, as Mercado Libre does not offer a 100% English interface.

    Please note: If you have more than one account, each registered in a different country, you will need to create one connection for each account, repeating the entire process described above. Another important point is that, at the moment, it is not yet possible to connect CBT accounts from Mercado Libre (Mercado Libre Cross Border Trade).

    1. In a new tab, sign in to your Mercado Libre account. You can use your email or phone number to log in.

    1. Then, click Accept to grant Albato access.
